Can you please share your experience if your case was granted with expedited processing and how long it took after the interview to get your green card?
My interview has just been scheduled after request for expedited processing was approved for my I-485.

Anyone with similar experience?
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my process status in case anyone in here has had a similar experience and has some recommendations on how to progress.
I have submitted my I-485, concurrently with my I-765 and I-131 in early December. Since I have entered the US on a K1 visa, I have not been able to work since November. Due to a pending job offer and mainly my inability to work, I have submitted an Expedite Request for my EAD in January for which I got a response saying to submit another one after Biometrics were completed.
After my Biometrics appointment, which only happened early March, I have submitted 3 Expedite Requests that have been unanswered (not even a call/email with request for evidence). The first one I submitted has been pending for over 75 days. I have contacted USCIS multiple times and they say that the requests are assigned to officers waiting for a decision. I have also spoken with a Tier 2 and Tier 3 (Tier 2 Supervisor) about my situation and the unanswered Expedite Requests and their response was that officers have a lot of requests right now and may never respond to them.
This has been an incredibly frustrating process as it has been 7 months without being able to work and 3 Expedite Request where I haven’t had the possibility to explain my situation. Does anyone have faced a similar situation? Should I continue submitting expedites? Or simply wait for them to respond to the current ones or update my application?

Green card finally approved after almost 5 years and 1 year later than primary applicant
Today is 2 months since combo card aproval after personal and congressional expedite processing requests/inquiry and 1 month and 5 days after congresssional inquiry for I-485 outside normal processing. We were very happy for the EAD/AP aproval but today words can’t explain our joy or the kind of relief we are experiencing right now.
As you can see it’s been super long and painful. But God heard our cries and prayers and came through when we least expected it. Glory to the Lord almitghty.
It’s a long story with all kind of experiences with USCIS but we are super happy and grateful to God for closing this chapter in our lives. Now counting down to receive the actual card.
“DO NOT” hesitate to contact your congress reps for help even if you think it might not be successful. You never know when it’s gonna work. There is nothing to lose.

I-485 RFE for Medical Exam
My case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC in February. A month later, I received a letter from Los Angeles Field Office for an RFE to send the Medical exam form, but the online case status remains at “Case was transferred to another office” and it never changed to ”RFE request sent”. I sent the evidence and it was received on 04/11/22 as per US mail tracker, but no uscis online status update so far. I chatted with a live agent to confirm receipt of my response, but they said that they don’t see that an RFE was requested. Premium processing
I find someone has been able to expedite their i-485 I wonder how to do it and looking for someone who can share their experience.
I’m in eb3 with I-140 & I-485 concurrently filed, haven’t heated anything since my biometrics in last July. sounds like you can do premium processing for I-140 but not for I-485.

Hi All,
Need some inputs:
My PD is 14 May 2013. In Oct 2020, I downgraded my application to EB3 and got my EAD/AP in Feb 2022. As of now my PD EB3 date is not current but as per the April bulletin its current in EB2 category. On March 15th my I-485 was updated as "Request for Initial Evidence was sent'. Not i have not interfiled yet.
As per Tier 2 officer my application is at LA FO.
I am planning for a job change in April/May 2022,
Can we to respond to the RFE along with interfile application. If I do this will the 180 date restriction for job change will apply on me again? #interfile #I-485 #rfe #stuck

Is it risky to leave the US while i-140 rfe response is getting checked?
so I submitted the response to rfe on Jan 14 2022 and it’s going to take like from 3 weeks to 6 months.
the question is : when I get my ead and travel permit, how risky is it to leave the US while the uscis is checking my response to rfe?
so my attorney says if i get denial, they might not allow me enter the US.
