for this year all EB- based (not EB-4) are going to process through NBC. mine transferred 20 days ago.

Hi y’all! How did you guys know about the transfer? was there an update on the case tracker about the transfer? Cos mine has be pending since I did my biometrics in October last year. Please your response will be appreciated.

@Egbai if your case will be transferred to NBC, you will receive notice. Also check your status at USCIS web page

hello, my I-485 was move to NBC too, right after biometrics in March 2022 but nothing changed after it. I saw tons of posts of cases moved. Only I-485 was transferred, i-765 doesn't show any update 😒still in Nebraska. it is also not possible to check the processing time for I-485 @NBC, it not in the options, what they are doing there is a mystery 🤔

@Karen p yeah, only i-485 would be transferred. that's a typical scenario. That's right. As long as you have a Green Card you don't need i-765 or i-131 approval etc. You just need SSN.

hello my case is similar as yours. I-485 transferred to NSC from NBC on late September,21 where my pending I-140 was. about a month ago my 140 got approved but still no sign of I-485 moving. when was your I-140 approved? how did you file concurrent, semi concurrent or individual?

my I-140 was approved in oct 2021 right about time when they I-485 was trasfered from NBC to NSC

@ L U thanks for the information. after seeing lot of cases I think it’s a good sign that your case moved back to NBC. from online I see people saying that after transfer within 4-8 weeks you will hear from them.

@black hole filed concurrent. I-140 premium process approved immediately in Feb 2022

@L U - did you receive a transfer notice via post when it was transferred both times?
