not sure. I know for severe health humanitarian they will consider or severe financial loss

Donna, what kind of medical conditions do they consider, can mild depression of mother separated from children be one of them ? will they accept medical reports from foreign doctors ?

@mahesh Subra I am honestly not sure. everything is on a case by case basis with them. I had two denied without even being asked for the evidence. I say give it a try, submit what you can and see if they accept
