Abby F. shared yesterday that her I-601A was approved! Her dates are: Applied (Nebraska) 2/24/20, biometrics on 12/16/20, so 31 months and 10 days. This is in-line with the current information on the USCIS website, which shows that, as of August 31, 2022, it was taking an average of 31.3 months to process I-601A forms: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt

Ghana Embassy wait time
From what I've been reading in groups, seems like the wait time at the Ghana embassy is about 2 years for most people to get an interview. However, I'm also seeing some people getting interviews for shorter periods after being DQd. Sadly, Haven't seen anyone getting an interview after being DQd this year.
Is the long wait time just for K1 or also affects IR1/CR1?
Aside expedited cases, what possibly makes some cases move faster to get interviews than others? Or everyone is on the same waiting list from 2020
While waiting for an interview, can your spouse(married) apply to study in the US and come on another visa? Do the study visas move faster?

Police Clearance/ affidavit of support
Please at what point can you apply for the police clearance certificate. I130 got approved but less than 24hrs ago and we are yet to get case sent to nvc. I really want to get things done fast especially since pcc may take a while to get. Can I go ahead and get the pcc or wait till nvc stage. ? For the second time saw *#Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS* #today. Our previous status was rfe reponse received- May 20,2022. Checked the documents tab and there is no approval. (Really had my hopes up to see an approval since seems that was the case for others on here)
Does this mean good news or regardless of our PD-April 1st 2021, we are back in the line. Also, we already sent an inquiry after we passed the 60 days mark after May 20th so how long do we have to wait before sending another inquiry?Please any feedback will be appreciated #i130 #texas #approved
