Can my case be expedited???
Sunday Nov. 27th,2022 my Mother passed away. My case just got sent to NCV Nov. 28th,2022 is it possible to get my case expedited due to I need my husband here for support and help with my nieces/nephew that I’m getting guardianship of Jan. 23rd, 2023. I been trying to get him expedited so he can be here and sign the guardianship papers, but this process is not understanding to our life situations. if anyone has any advice please comment. #LoveWins #UgandaArizona #Approved

Interview only lasted about 3-4 minutes and was a mix of Spanish and English (my fiancé is a native speaker of both). Very few questions asked and they did not request our financial documents. Gave lots of evidence the first day of the interview of the 6 months we continued living together after we applied, and 2 additional visits as well as proof of my parents and siblings traveling to his country to visit his family and celebrate our engagement lunch and vacation together. About an hour after the interview the CEAC changed to approved and so we are just waiting on VOH. 591 horribly long days finally done!

I applied for I-130 September 14th, 2021. January 27th, 2022 I got a message saying their reviewing our case. November 23rd, 2022 I got another message saying that their reviewing our case. We became confused, we thought they’re already reviewing our case. At 4:30am today November 25th, 2022 I got another message from USCIS stating that our I-130 has been APPROVED!! Halleluyah!

Had my case processing paused in September due to running out of available visas but finally got it today. very nice Thanksgiving gift😃. Hope I can pass the good mojo to many others still waiting.

Abby F. shared yesterday that her I-601A was approved! Her dates are: Applied (Nebraska) 2/24/20, biometrics on 12/16/20, so 31 months and 10 days.
