Good morning everyone. Sharing our timeliness for those interested. This case was started with just the I-130 while my husband was in the US. The lawyer I started the process with did not inform us that we can file concurrently so we spent a year waiting. I continued the other applications on my own.
**I live in Brooklyn however, the case was handled by the NYC Field Office.
**We did not receive any communication when our case was transferred from NBC to the Field Office until we got an RFE to prove eligibility to adjust status.
**We received the EAD in the mail before we even received approval notice.
**Applied for SSN on our own after 2 weeks. A call to the our local SSA office confirmed that no application was transferred from USCIS for the case.

hello guys! yesterday I logged in into the USCIS website and found out an approval notice under the documents tab, what’s strange is that it hasn’t update the “main” tab which still “under reviewing”. does this happened to any of you guys?
