E-request before 30days
I got approved on 1/20 and still haven’t had any update, it’s been 20days and I’m thinking of making an EFiling, has anyone done this before 30days, cus I honestly don’t want to wait 30days before realizing they’ve just left my case under some mountain of files…. Has anyone done the efiling before 30days? #i485 #approved #marriage #fiance #greencard
Approval Processing Time why can't you move faster with the approval or not approval process.
I have 124 days waiting for a decision on my case some people from the date I applied managed to get themselves under other applicant from the chronological order you guys put on Junuary and so February to November is now suffering .
I'm against this you must try to get every month to the same page as Junuary and try to move the cases on the same rythm.
people on December is now being approved and people that were here before is suffering.
this is chaos a complete chaos.
vote for a change:

Pathway = Consular Processing to I-485
I selected that I would be going through consular processing in my I-140 petition but later decided to go through USCIS by filing I-485. My I-485 is currently pending (with the priority date being current). I am wondering if my case needs to be transferred from Department of State to USCIS. The current status of my I-140 is "Cas was sent to the Department of State". Will the status of my I-140 change when it goes to USCIS office during I-485 review? Please could somebody share their experiences?
