@Phat Tran i didnt have to send medical which was mind boggling to me cause i received a i693 letter of deficiency for medical then 2 months later i receive a RFE for i864W. Which stated that after receiving that they will make the final decision. i sent it right away and in 2 weeks i got the decision. So i never really sent the medical.

@Krish90 krish that RFE was for proof of good conduct, where i had to get fingerprinted by a police department for background check. After that 2 years passed and i expedited the case
