Leo - USCIS will transfer your case to NVC. NVC will send you a welcome letter with their website and access code. you will pay fees for the Green Card application and the Affidavit of Support. once they post payment you will have access to the two forms to fill out online.

But this whole thing doesn’t make any sense to me. with Nebraska and USCIS work… I have the same case I-130, stand alone, spouse overseas, my I-130 PD is June 5, 2022!! No word from them except “it’s in normal processing time”. Can you share with me the beginning of your case number? mine starts with IOE936521… I’m really intrigued and would like to know how this service center process the I-130 petitions

@leo stark yes just USA account. debits.. no credit card.. the payment will be ready 3 days. so try to find the documents or start with forms i864 or Ds 260. download online look on Google.
