Called uscis and spoke to an agent to confirm where my application is, he said it’s at NBC. then I asked the most recent update on my application and he said interview was requested and when I asked what day he said I don’t have that information. then I called again and spoke to another agent and I asked her what’s the most recent update, she said they haven’t schedule the interview yet. when I said I was been told multiple times that my interview is waived. then she said yes it shows that your interview was waived but we don’t know if they are going to reschedule. then I asked her where my application is, she said sir you just called half an hour ago and agent gave you the information. I said every time I call I get different information that’s why I called again. she said that’s the only information we have.
I am so confused, not sure what to believe, interview waived or they requested for an interview. annoying

everytime I send inquiry to NVC they responded within 24 hrs instead of 55 days and the response email is the embassy email , but when I chick my case is currently at nvc ,? how that possible ,
is my case at the embassy yet ?
and why they responded so fast ?
should I worry ? or that’s a good thing ?
by the way I have 2 cases with nvc linked to each other one of them DQ and the other one they asking me about document that is already accepted and that’s what I send the inquiry for .

I have an EAD from my OPT after I graduated college. I’m currently on J1 visa and applying for a marriage greencard. my husband is a US citizen. Do I have to submit I-765 form? if yes, do I choose the reason to apply is “renewal” or “initial permission to accept employment” in part 1 of the form?

Guys i would like to interfile my medical, I know it’s a risk and I am willing to take a risk.
I called multiple times and got different information every time I called. some agents told me that my case is at FO now and some told me it’s still at NBC. so I am just wandering where should I send the medicals, FO or NBC? please advise

Hello guys someone sent a letter to USCIS and wrote that my husband and I marriage is fake, this person sent the letter few days after our interview. I’m suspecting the friend I told that the officer said my case was approved and my husband and I will be doing countries tour this summer. The letter was sent from her zip code area.
