I’m in need of some advice. I really want to file for my sis but not sure if I can. She was adopted but not legally. my parents doesn’t have any legal documents of the adoption. she’s been staying with us for more than 26 years. Can i still file for her or it’s not possible?
I-29F original marriage certificate sent
Hi everyone, I mailled my I-29F through DHL along with my original marrige certificate, big mistake. The case still dosent show on my USCIS account and I am worried, I will need the original in the event I get called for my wifes I-130 interview, we live a abroad and I don’t know if they will send it back or when. I tried to call several times to USCIS number to fix but can’t reach a human, any help?
i-751 removing conditions
my conditional GC expires next year aug 2023. my question is, as i file for removing conditions 90 days before it expires, as well all know it takes about a year atleast to remove conditions and have an interview.
does that mean, from the time my GC expires, i will have to remain unemployed? i do have a work permit too but that also expires 1 month before GC expires. what to do?
