Needing advice
Hi Lawfully citizens ,
I’m in need of some advice. I really want to file for my sis but not sure if I can. She was adopted but not legally. my parents doesn’t have any legal documents of the adoption. she’s been staying with us for more than 26 years. Can i still file for her or it’s not possible?

no, you can not file for your sister. she is an adult therefore you can not help
