Hello.community, I got RFE from this USCIS today and they asked about I-864 or affidavit of support. What is is that please I don’t know anything about I-864? can someone explain to me please I would really appreciate your valuable informations. thanks!

what @rene said. it’s the form filled by your spouse and also your financial sponsor if your spouse is not making enough.

Hello Rene, I’m doing all this by myself. and yes I filed AOS based on marriage! do I have to submit only the 1040 form or pay stubs for my wife who is a US citizen?
