@happy wife I replaced mine on July 17th and its still showing May 16th. they asked for a document that isnt even available and I had actually uploaded the correct form of proof for it.

will they not even review the resubmission then bc the date hasnt changed?

i dont have the option to do anything with the document anymore bc it has been submitted yet the date hasnt changed

yeah the whole process is so annoying

and then not being able to access anyone over the phone and the inquiry responses taking just as long as the document review time 🙄🙄🙄God help us
