Income requirements to sponsor parents permanently?

Hi, what would be the income requirements to sponsor parents in the United States permanently? What would be the minimum income before tax? Also, should I have to meet specific apartment/house requirements? Please let me know. Thanks.

I am a us citizen, so my mailed receipt says Texas, my online email receipt says Nebraska & when I inboxed them a few weeks ago, they emailed me it at Vermont. I’m sooo confused. Anyone having this problem?

i-130 online tool says Nebraska but live agent said California. Anyone has similar experience?
