UGH! what’s the point of having this stupid app when all they do is give you false hope that your case will “apparently” be approved by a certain date, and then when the date comes - they just move it to the next 4 months. This is now the THIRD time they’ve done this. After 17months for a marriage based I-130, I feel like I’ve reached all I can take 🤯🤯🤯
Day 1 CPT
Hello all, Please can anyone help me with Immigration lawyer that handles Day 1 CPT program.
I am presently on my STEM OPT program and I am planning to switch to Day 1 CTP program to keep my status, will I need to submit any immigration document with USCIS if I want to change to Day CPT programme from my present STEM OPT status ?
Dependent green card processing after primary application is approved with dependent included in form ( but not applied for gc)
my green card is been approved with eb2 category.
I did mentioned my wife’s name in the form but due to pandemic I just applied my green card and just mentioned her in i485 as she is still in Nepal. now I had received my green card, now I want to know the further procedure to apply for my wife’s green card.
