petioning for minor son
guys I need help, my son 2
is 17, he's currently in the USA. I have a GC and I'm married to a USC. I need to put in documents for my son this month, anyone aware of the exact documents to file? I appreciate all.

u need forms i485, i130,i130A, affidavit, birth certificate, marriage certificate etc

I-130 - To petition for Alien Relative
I-485, I-864 and optional (I-765 & I-131)
To the best of my understanding I-130a is if you're filing for your spouse.

You will not be able to file them together as dates are not current. What I will recommend is file I-130 and wait for the dates to get current
