request of edvidence or notice of intent
my I-485 was updated that was sent out rfe or notice of intent. could someone tell me what this could be I send in all forms at once with medical and affidavit of support sponser. how long this letter will take to reach to me?

letter takes approx 10 business days. also it could mean anything you just have to wait on the letter to see what it says. I was a bit nervous as well when I got my RFE. Mine was simple they wanted my 2020 taxes since when I send my documents in it was in December of 2020 and I didn’t file 2020 taxes but I have seen other persons get RFE for so many different things. so be patient and wait to get the notice.

@Harrison, did you send your medical during the filing, otherwise most likely it’s medical. GL

@Aj read before you ask the same thing she just stated. she said everything was sent. @latoya you can get RFE for the simplest thing so don’t be worried it’s normal I got it too. all I had to do was respond in the timeframe given and I was good

I was told an rfe was sent to me on January 6, 2021 and I should respond by January 21, 2021. I never received any mail but this issue came to my attention in the middle of March. I had filled a form to tell uscis that I did not receive any mail to their demand.
After 3 weeks, I recieved an email saying their inquiries didn't show an rfe was sent to me and wherefore the .message I got was a system error.
My PD is October 2020 and I also sent everything including pictures.
Till date, I haven't done biometrics.
I am so confused.

@harrison , only way to know once you get the mail, so let us know. you can also see if they can send electronic paper ... but doubt that. GL

@aj Patel yes will keep you guys update I have ups tracking heard it should be delivered 10 business day let’s see. I remember passport they had on file expired February I renewed it and got it already just hope it’s that. if I don’t get the letter by June 3 I can request one online
