Yes, removal started for him January 2021. Filed I-130 February 10, 2021. recently got approved on 1-130. Before approving I-130 they scold us at the interview we had a stokes & group interview. They gave us hell to approve I-130 to I had to provide so much documents. Thankful we was married before proceedings been together since high school so I had tons of proof we also lived together. My lawyer just filed the 1-485 which the immigration judge will review. I paid for medical already waiting for a date to be scheduled so they can pick him up from the detention center to do medical. Also, paid for biometrics waiting for that to be scheduled to. He’s next court date is June 3 we are happily waiting for it since he’s been approve for the 1-130.
