Re-joining previous company and I-140 impact

I have an approved I-140 with my previous company and now I have an offer from my previous company too. So I’m planning to join.I am told that they will be using the same SOC Job code for filing H-1B transfer since it's the same position I am applying for.So my question is, will this require the previous company to file a new PERM and I-140 petition? Or will the previously approved I-140 work?

Hi guys, my brother in law (American) married a foreigner, they've been married about two years, she cheated on him and wants to divorce (she left him) but of course he's her sponsor, so if they divorce will he remain her sponsor even though she is working? Does he have the power to strip her green card and send her home? She does have her 2 year conditional green card and the date has not yet arrived for her to file for her conditions to be removed. Thanks!

I-693 Deficiency Notice for i-485

Hey guys, I got a notice of request for I-693 (Medical Examination) form. The letter states that I should just wait for a second instruction, whether I’ll have an interview or mail it. What’s your experience with this? Should I carry on and do the medical exam just to be ahead of time and hold on to it till the second notice, or rather wait since it can only be accepted within 60 days? Confused. Please, share your experiences/thoughts 🙏🏻

Question on I-130 service center location

Hi all, My wife and I are US citizens and are currently residing in Nigeria. My wife and I filed I-130s in November for our two minor adopted children from Nigeria. PD 11/25/2020. We received the receipt letter on 12/21/2020 from the Nebraska service center. We later contacted USCIS to make sure our case was still there. However, we were informed that our case is now at the National Benefits Center. Cases have been under active review for 81 days. Has this happened to anyone and how can you find out the processing times for the National Benefits Center? Any information or comments would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

married to a US citizen i130 Pd 01/24/2020 ( Texas) I 485 Pd 05/17/2020 biometric on i485 Aug 7 2020 9 months after biometric (No EAD card ) I ignored my attorney and made Enquires with USCIS the officer told me he can’t form i 765 in the system so I shd give him the receipt number I found out that I didn’t receive any receipt. he said maybe my attorney didn’t file for it. I’m shock and surprise. wasted nine months for nothing. help needed Plss?
