So when I first came to the us, I opened an account with uscis in order to track my gc. the email address that I used, I no longer have access to and I have a new email address. when I file for I130 for my husband, I put my current email on file. but for whatever reason, uscis link my my I130 to my old account. I’ve call countless times for them to update it but they never do. please what do I do to change the email address in order to receive information about my case?
Re-joining previous company and I-140 impact
I have an approved I-140 with my previous company and now I have an offer from my previous company too. So I’m planning to join.I am told that they will be using the same SOC Job code for filing H-1B transfer since it's the same position I am applying for.So my question is, will this require the previous company to file a new PERM and I-140 petition? Or will the previously approved I-140 work?

I want to expedite my case and at the same time I want to ask my congressman, to talk with USCIS. my question now is that, should I allow the Congressman’s to contact USCIS without expedite or I should expedite when the congressman contact the USCIS? my case is now 422 days without response USCIS.. please I need advice 🙏
Divorce before i-751 is filed, will she be sent home?
Hi guys, my brother in law (American) married a foreigner, they've been married about two years, she cheated on him and wants to divorce (she left him) but of course he's her sponsor, so if they divorce will he remain her sponsor even though she is working? Does he have the power to strip her green card and send her home? She does have her 2 year conditional green card and the date has not yet arrived for her to file for her conditions to be removed. Thanks!
