Hello, I heard for the very first time in this app about "Expedite EAD" and I'm thinking to request mine also after my bio in the end of this month. anyone here did this whole process could share the steps? by what I understood so far it is possible only after the bio, correct? I appreciate some help here.

missed filing I-485 concurrently with I-130

Hi, I missed filing I-485 concurrently with the I-130 for my spouse. The USCIS address on the I-797 noc for I-130 says Irving Texas addresss however I-485 filing address on website indicates chicago address. Do I file this to Chicago address as per website or follow the I-797 noc for I-130 addresss. Thanks in advance.

USCIS receipt date for a case inquiry is February 22, 2019 for LPR, my question is can I call or send them email before above date, I am really getting impatient on this, it is taking too long

Hi I sent Response to RFE for medicals for EB category. I placed RFE copy followed by cover letter and Sealed envelop given by the doctor. I sent it by USPS Priority Mail. When I was reading USCIS website on the filing tips , realized I did the following mistakes. 1. Stapled RFE pages . Though it is not heavy duty. 2. Did not mark USPS envelop with the form number or name . is this ok? Will there be any problem? Thanks in advance. Rev
