I submitted my AOS case April 2021 I I got my advance parole and EAD on February this year on September 16th they send me RFE for medical I submitted on 29th of September but on sep 18th 2022 they approved my i130 . my questions is i want to go home my mom she’s super sick she’s is on ICU may lawyer told me you can go but I’m scared because i over stay my visa before I did my adjustment of status. what should I do

is texas service center is even awake? Disgusting just so frustrated with this process…. they say they process the case in THE order they recieve LIKE really???? People have been waiting from 400,500 days nothing and how come someone with 100 days is getting approve? No hard feelings for the one which are approving faster I mean if you really follow the order then everbody will be on the same boat! disgusting texas!!!
