hello guys, is anyone there whose case is in California service center? i-130 us citizens filing for spouse. my husband lives in Florida. I'm waiting for approval ðŸ˜but still actively reviewed.

case was submitted: 1 march 2020. after 2 years my status change into actively reviewed and now its been 8 months.

Did your husband tried to contact uscis? You are out of normal processing time you shouf send an inquiry. What's your service center?

weird! my i-130 also under actively reviewing since February but my husband is lawful permanent resident

California service center takes 10.5 months but last two years their processing times is 32.5 months. I checked processing times regularly but now from this year California service center takes 10.5 months. I don't know why they didn't upload their timeline? which year or month they done.
