Case Was Sent To The Department of State
What does that mean. I still have to face the line in order to create the case?

A month ago. I thought my case was just going to be created, but after this message, it doesn't seems to be the case

it means you have to wait to NVC send you the case number and invoice ID after that you can log in to the NVC website to upload the required documents by the way for me took 6 weeks to get the case number and invoice ID
