You have to chat with Emma (go to uscis’ website and on the top right should be the Emma chat or). Or, Google “uscis Emma chat.” Then, once the Emma chat is up, type “live chat.” A list of options should appear, at the bottom you’ll see “connect to live chat.” Click on this option and then click on it again as it will reappear. That should connect you to a live agent who will ask some verification questions and hopefully give you an update.

how long do you have to wait to submit an expedite request again?
O AOct 20, 2022
I think once your case is out of USCIS’ normal processing times which frankly is a long time. With that said, most people file after a couple of months. I filed after 5 months of waiting (2 weeks ago was about 5 months) and EAD was just approved 3 days ago. I never heard back regarding the expedite request, but I believe filing and expedite helped.
My opinion is that the longer you wait the higher chance of an expedite producing some thing. For example, very low chance they approve an expedite one month after you file (except perhaps in emergencies). Much higher chance when you been waiting some months. Hobestly, with USCIS, nothing is really consistent.
