I submit my application on July 2020 then biometric on August 2020, after 2 years my kids got the PR card but not me, my case kept transferring from office to office till it reached Texas on Mar 2021. 7 days ago I received fingerprints and biometric applied to my case!!!! which I did 2 years ago! is this normal , any advice ? what's next any one knows?

second interview but filing VAWA

hi guy, I have a second interview coming this 26th oct and my wife already moved out of this out, tho I told her abt it but she texted me she's not going anywhere.. I have requested that the interview should be rescheduled hopefully uscis do . now am compiling evidences of abuse. tex messages and just got my vawa psychologist evaluation done.. now I want to know if I will file another i485 because I know my i130 will be denied or if uscis accept my request and I file in vawa before the next date given , does that mean I don't need to file another i485. I'm filing VAWA myself.

Does anyone here knows or is in administrative processing after the interview in Guyana embassy? my friend is been waiting for a change of status for 6 months after the interview and they only said it's administrative processing and nothing else.

is your tax return compulsory in vawa and do vawa officials do background check on abuser

I compiling my vawa evidence and documents but I want to know if my tax return with the abuser or personal is needed for good moral or as proof of living together tho I have lease document, bank statements and life insurance that was just cancelled. Also do the do background check for the abuser and petitioner. thanks guys

Did someone recently called and was able to get the information from the officer in regards to the location of the application and case progress. I heard they are not disclosing the information due to new guidelines.
