Hi members, can I call Uscis to expedite my advance parole ? married to US citizen!

I called USCIS and left a service request.

I called a T1 officer and she asked me my case # and told me that she will put a service request. I know the response might be “Your case with in normal processing time” but will my case status change to something “service request pending” or something???

hello community i got my Ead in May with 2 years advance of parole and work autorization ,i left USA on 20August and still overseas ,i want stay a month more and totall will be =<90 days if it will be 90 will i have trouble in re entry to the Us or no,is somebdy here has been overseas more than this period ??thanks a lot in advance

Rejection of i-765 c09 category

Hi, I submitted my i-765 and the i-485, but I received a rejection letter because I did not pay the fee for the i-765. I thought the i-765 is waived when you filed i-765 and i-485 together. Did anyone else have the same issue?
