I have a appeal case motions to reopen nearly two years didn’t hear anything yet but reach out to congress and they say my case is under review

@Kimmy Kim we sent out Joint motion to reopen to ICE at the begining and they did not joint the motion i guess because the case is old and told us. to send to the judge to the court the judge got Granted to reopen the case but he noted that the dismiss part my lawyer and DHS have to work toguether to dismiss the case i have I-130 approved

my was at the court in NYC got reopened but now i need the dismisal part to Adjust my statutus with UCIS

understand we just have to be possitive praying God for everyone of us.

i don't know why some DHS don't want to join motion while others it takes short time to join. we just have to pray
