Hi. I am in L2 Ead and had filed my I 765 (renewal) on May 18 this year. but so far no update . Till now it is not Adjudicated. In the mean time our i94 is going to expire in month of Nov. So we recently filed our extension of stay and received the receipt number as well. should I ammend the old application of i765 or I need to file a new application. Regards
