Atlanta processing time for FB

looks like Atlanta processing time for FB 485 has increased to 52.5 months. receipt time for case inquiry is May 2017. This is BS fr. 3 months after interview and still waiting for decision. gone for infopass and still told to wait.

I just got my EB3 case approved and my card is on the way. I want to know which one should I apply for my wife who is overseas? I had included her name on all of documents during filing PERM, i140 and i485. Please suggest which one is best to apply. Which one is faster? #i824 #i130

Hi, I’ve submitted the I-130 and I-129F for my spouse who’s overseas. I’d like to know if I also need to submit the I-485 now or do I have to wait until the I-130 is approved. Also, once approved do I have to file for it here or with consulate overseas? thank you

does pending I485 case is counted towards utilization of GC numbers or not? my case is pending since oct 2020 and date is current. if it doesn’t get approved by tomorrow which I doubt it will, considering government shutdown , doers it mean it will not get approved in this wave and they will waste a GC they could have given me
