anyone else January 4th waiting for Noa2? I'm.the only one??🥺
I'm feeling like we are the only ones waiting for Noa2, every one gets notice , my fiancé sent an inquiry on September 15th we received a email they said we are going to receive shortly notice, have been already 3 weeks of this email and nothing happened 🥺.. i saw many approvals late January and also early Feb..it's something wrong? what we can do??

Hello,
My company is sponsor my Green Card. I have an L1-A but I have to take care of my family processing (wife and kid) . Does anyone knows if the filing should go together with my L2 or if I can fill and send the forms myself? I'm ok with doing it but I dont know if there are real risks of processing it separately. Is it possible to file separately? Is the process for L1 and L2 independent?

My uncle filed a petition for my dad family back in 2008.
Reciept Date is 10 September 2008
Notice of Action Date is 28 Janurary 2010
priority Date is not mentioned on form.I-797 C Notice of Action.
On uscis case status website it says mw we recieved your I-130 petition for alien relative on 03 feburary 2010 at your local office.
Case was at the Vermont Service Center but now my dad case is at Nebraska Service Center.
When i will recieve Welcome Letter ?
