Case transferred???
So I chatted with Emma today regarding my son 130 which was at Texas service centre. The rep told me that the case was transferred to NBC from September. I am in the US filing AOS and my child is outside of the country and his being filed for my husband. The rep said that it was transferred because they may want to do an interview. Is it my interview they are referring to? How does this work? I'm confused because I thought it would be approved and then send to the NVC for interview to be scheduled in my home country.

I have been waiting a year for approval and with this transfer I'm unsure of what will happen. They say my husband may need to come for an interview. Are you in the US?

If you are doing AOS they told me to use the processing time for 1485 so basically your i130 will be approved at your interview.
