Say Info pass and they’ll send you call to an agent, but you have to wait more than an hour

ok...i asked for live person & it just keeps repeating same info. so annoying....the answer to inquiry is they don't know when they will get to my case. people who filed after me are getting approved...but nothing😠

all you need to say is process info, you're going to wait more than an hour for them to answer but just be patient.
