Approved K1 Visa - Entry to US Unvaccinated COVID19
Does anyone have any speculation or knowledge if approved K1 Visa applicants can enter the US unvaccinated from COVID 19 after the proposed Foreign Travel changes are implemented in November?
This would be really concerning for those without access to vaccine to have to wait until they get vaccinated.

Medical Exam
Hello people,
I did my medical exams last week and the results came today, and I don't need any vaccine, so the total of the exams was $325,00 at Steinway Family Health Care / Astoria/Queens - New York.
They asked if I have any proof of Tetanus vaccine and I didn't have so they gave me the vaccine and it was included on this amount.
Another friend went to her exams the same week in another state and she didn't need to prove or take the tetanus vaccine.
I thought it was the same in all places.
Someone went through the same experience??

So, my attorney sent all documents (360-485 and another one) over a month ago (sent on 08/06/21 received on 08/12/21) and I still haven’t received the confirmation receipt, the one that helps me to have a valid drivers license. when did you all received that?
Also, can anyone tells me what happens now? what’s the process?
I got a pretty awful attorney and him and his paralegal never answer the phone, emails or anything and I’m so anxious and nervous. I am divorcing my ex husband and he’s requesting full custody of our 10 months old baby stating that I am illegal and have no DL.

do you guys it it's best to wait until your spouse becomes a citizen before you apply? because the green card holder waiting for decision on his citizenship approval and it's taking long so I was wondering if it's best to wait or send just the i130 now then upgrade and send i485 after the citizenship

If an applicant completes and submits a DS-160 and then obtains a new passport, is it necessary to submit a new DS-160, or can the consulate amend the passport information at the interview? Does using a new passport with a new passport number that is not the one used to schedule the interview present any problem entering the consular post?
