Tourist Visa
does anyone have any experience trying to obtain a tourist while waiting for your 1-130 to be processed I am an American citizen and my husband is based in Mexico we are being processed via Potomac which is taking a very long time so have an interview appointment in Jan for tourist visa I’ve heard mixed things about the approval
for the tourist visa any feedback is greatly appreciated

hi everyone. has anyone faced similar issues
while shopping around for immigration physicians, most of the physicians fee was around $350 in northern Virginia. i paid the fee and passed the exam, got my documents done and forgot about it. however recently I received a bill from a lab that the physician send my blood tests for about $550 and can’t understand why I’m getting this as I paid $350 for physicians service already.
anyone with similar case??

im asking because i just seen that my husban case says it got send to department of state for visa processing is that thr visa center because i keep reading on internet that they are not the same department that it does fall under their domain but different centers so so confused???
VAWA/ADVICE/SELF SUBMIT APPLICATION
Question to anyone that filed a VAWA application on there own, that was married to an abusive USC husband has a USC child that can help. I have a sister in law that went through this and now she lives with us an her 9 month old baby. She has a Yr and 2 month of marriage. She lives in arizona then ran away from abusive husband and obtained a big cut on her arm. She called the police when in california but police in arizona told her that both parties would go to jail and baby would be taken away. So police officer told her he will destroy the report and not hold record. she is christian and spoke to her pastor and adviced them to give eachother time to heal she came back to the abusive husband and went through the same situation and now she left him for good. Abusive husband has bad people and dangerous people that can harm her but she didnt want to report to police because she knows something bad would happen to her. she did go the er in cali and er in arizona but no police report because she would not feel safe doing that to her ex husband. Please I would like to help her process this as soon as possible because this person is lying to her family AND HIS by saying that she is the abusive one, when she has only defend herself. If anyone can give me a list of docs she will need or if she qualify for this or not? Thank you in advance.

anyone here waiting nvc documents review? I applied for my parents immigration, they are from Pakistan, they don’t have nikah nama and it’s English copy but they do made marriage certificate that’s in English and certified and attested from foreign affairs. does embassy or nvc will require to submit Urdu and English copies of nikah nama for pakistani citizens? please clarify if someone has info about it. thanks 🙏🏽

Hey good people my wife was filling for me ,kindly advise me. on this, am so frustrated, i don't know what to do my wife has been cheating in me for months, abusive ,she has done all bad things but have swallowed all that 2months ago we were sent RFE shes nowhere to be seen ,,,shes moved in with another man ,i loved this woman so much ,she now fillings for a divorce and ,am not into that ooooh God what should i do?😢😔💔😞 what should i reply to the the immigration office?

Hey everybody,I went on my gc interview yesterday. The lady didn't interview us she turned into a counselor. My husband and I don't have alot of things joint but we speak the truth and the whole truth. We didn't get approved on the spot when I came home it said new card is being order. I was shock.
