VAWA case
Anyone of you guys thinking it’s worth to pay $9500 attorney fees for VAWA case. I am just wondering I would like to apply VAWA while our marriage life turned to so ugly and I got a lot abused by my wife. I-130 and i765 approved and I-485 pending in this case should I pay $9500 for hiring attorney? thanks
I-765 form returned due to filing fees
I had filed forms I-130,I-485 and I-765. forms I-130 and I-485 were accepted and I got receipts numbers for all the forms however form I-765 was returned back to me due to not paying the filing fees for the work authorization. I am confused because I thought the filing fees for the work authorization were supposed to be waived? can someone please advise. Thank you

hello community
i got email from uscis and it says ill be getting a call from uscis officer ...regarding my pending c08 ead application...anybody knows will they be able to give me a timeframe for its approval
i submitted my application in dec 2020 its been pending since then in texas service center
also i got message in my inbox saying they got my service request transferred to another service center
what does this mean
Does anyone at USCIS have answers? Or is there someone to contact?
I have just recently contacted USCIS about my response to RFE and the response was to wait longer.
I tried asking what the reason for waiting was or what was would be holding it up, but the tech said they didn't know, nor was there anyone to contact to find out any information regarding it.
Is there anyone to contact to find answers? Any emails or such?

Hi ! I hope you are all doing great ! I’am married to a us citizen, and green card application has been pending since May 2020 and my ead will expire in about 1 months and half . my question is, I want to renew my ead before it expires, will I have to pay the application fee or is it free ? please someone help
using assets as proof of income
Hi I am petitioning for my step father and I don’t have the income requirement. So I am planning to used my assets I own and apparment with my husband. I am filling form i864 and I don’t want to get him involved, we fill our taxes together. So in order to use this family owned asset do I need to also file I 864 A or can I just file my form i864 and attached the certified appraisal even though my name and his are on it?
RFE for criminal background check on K1 Visa
As the U.S petitioner fills out form I-129f for the criminal background section and if a charge like a DUI or driving on a revoked or suspended license was not diclosed on the form will it cause the USCIS to send a RFE ? Basically my question is has anyone ever gotten a RFE for forgetting to disclose a past misdemeanor charge or traffic tickets on the I-129f form ?
