I’m and exchange student from Pakistan, after I came to the US I have been visiting a community college which I believe is very economical and affordable so I was planning for an associates degree. I hold a 5 year multiple U.S visa already which is valid till 2024 but in order to start my college here I need a student (F1) Visa for which I want guidance from a lawyer that how to change my visa status without making an exit? and exit will cost me a flight ticket but if my visa status is changed without exiting the country that will be ideal for me. Looking for a lawyer who could help me with my case
infant of Usc can't give the infant the citizenship

I want to ask my sister is Usc and she give the baby in cairo and the us embassy denied the infant Usc and my sister need to back to USA with in 4 months can she apply for b2 Visa for the infant????
Dear my sister us citizen give the baby at Egypt but the us embassy denied to give the infant citizenship because the mom ( my sister) she's under age(15) now she want to back but she can't back without the baby ( can she apply for the infant for visit visa )???????

hello, has anybody submitted their forms to Phoenix service center recently? did you get your receipt notice yet? how long does it take? according to FedEx my forms were delivered on Jan.6,2022 but I haven’t received a receipt notice yet nor filing fee deducted from my account.
is there a way I could check if my documents were received/follow up with uscis?
VAWA case
Anyone of you guys thinking it’s worth to pay $9500 attorney fees for VAWA case. I am just wondering I would like to apply VAWA while our marriage life turned to so ugly and I got a lot abused by my wife. I-130 and i765 approved and I-485 pending in this case should I pay $9500 for hiring attorney? thanks
I-765 form returned due to filing fees
I had filed forms I-130,I-485 and I-765. forms I-130 and I-485 were accepted and I got receipts numbers for all the forms however form I-765 was returned back to me due to not paying the filing fees for the work authorization. I am confused because I thought the filing fees for the work authorization were supposed to be waived? can someone please advise. Thank you

call from uscis officer
hello community
i got email from uscis and it says ill be getting a call from uscis officer ...regarding my pending c08 ead application...anybody knows will they be able to give me a timeframe for its approval
i submitted my application in dec 2020 its been pending since then in texas service center
also i got message in my inbox saying they got my service request transferred to another service center
what does this mean
Does anyone at USCIS have answers? Or is there someone to contact?
I have just recently contacted USCIS about my response to RFE and the response was to wait longer.
I tried asking what the reason for waiting was or what was would be holding it up, but the tech said they didn't know, nor was there anyone to contact to find out any information regarding it.
Is there anyone to contact to find answers? Any emails or such?
