keep investigating and be persistent, don’t lose faith also I found out yesterday via lawyer group that an I-130 expires. It is active only for a certain amount of time and then it expires and you have to re-submit everything and start from the beginning

I’m actually currently transitioning lawyers because the first lawyer we hired has done nothing for us and does not communicate anything to us. So I decided to ask for a second opinion from a different lawyer and they’ve told me more than any other lawyer in just the first consultation. Going into this situation, I had no “experience” whatsoever

130 filed Aug 2019 and approved July 2021, TX center. No interview, my lawyer contacted the ombudsman in Dec 2020 for this. Hope this helps.
