You can call NVC to get the case number and invoice ID. You will receive the welcome letter when your case is sent to your embassy.

We get our case number in February 1st Waiting for our case be in transit to the embassy

OMG, I'm glad for you. My case (i-140) was approved by USCIS on 12/29/21 and according to USCIS I-797 approval notice they immediately sent the file to NVC, I called them (NVC) yesterday 2/9/2022 and they stated that they haven't receive my file yet and that it might take up to 60 days. It seems to be fast for some people and slow for others. I'm a EB-3 beneficiary. My situation is complex because I'm in the US under asylum seeker, my Attorney filed the i-140 with a consular interview in a neighbor country embassy as I don't feel comfortable going back to my home country. This is the main reason why I'm concerned about the NVC response.
