Wife and kids required documents / L1-L2 AOS for greencard
Hello everyone!
My company's lawyer filed my AOS for a L1 to get the greencard and now I'm about to send the application for my wife and kids. I already have the receipt number for my case so I can add that to my family's documents. I'm sending one of these for wife and each kid. Can you tell me if I'm missing anything?

- i-765
- birth certificate (translated)
- passport main page and L2 visa page
- 2 vida photos
- Money order (1225 wife and 835 each kid)
- g325a (wife only)
- i-757 notice of action
- marriage certif (wñtranslatwd / wife only)
- copy of MY i-485 receipt
- i-94 (do I need to include my i-94 as well?)
Once I get the dates, fingerprints and medical exam.

when we would get the welcome letter and the case number it's been a month since we got the NOA2 is this normal? did anyone got it sooner? is there any way to get it?

I-130 Expedite advice
Hello, I am in a predicament here with my wife. I'm trying to expedite my 130 but I don't know how to. I've tried to email my state congressman but to no reply (if anyone knows how to reach the Nevada congressman that would be great)
My 130 is pending due to RFE being held up in Vermont service center. please, any advice will help.

On what grounds or for what kinds of reasons can you expedite an application such as a CR1/2- overseas?(check my timeline and type of application). Is medical a good reason to expedite? Anyone who’s done this and results.

Can a beneficiary minor kids be considered to travel with him?
Hi Everyone!!!
Hope y’all doing great? Please I listed my spouse minor kids on the I-130 I file for him and I want to know if they can come with him as derivative? Can we email NVC about wanting to come with his minor kids to the United States so we pay for their visa fees altogether with their father who is the beneficiary.
