mine is May 2021 PD EB1C, waiting for approval

mine is filed on June 2021. concurrent filing of i140 and i485- no updates after I did my biometric on August 2021

it is very slow

yeah really slow. with you still waiting for approval I don’t see any hope of my approvals until 6 to 8 months

it is definitely an issue but you never know you may be lucky

nope …mine is 7 Dec 2020 and nothing after except my bio (which was 13 Dec 2021).

my i-140 took 28 months for approval

Hello, with the current trend with TSC, that is how it is happening. You may expect EAD approval before I140

yes around mai 2021, before my bios in June 2021. makes no sense to me…I’ve filed for renewal in Dec 2021 because it was before the new 2 years rule so my EAD is only valid for a year.
