: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewe by uscis
Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son, and it has been almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you." My receipt number starts with IOE............., so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma, but I couldn't understand how I
Anyone else like me
So my husband filed for me in September 2021 and nothing has been approved yet. In June they sent a courtesy letter and in September they sent a RFE for medical which I did and my husband mailed it out express and it shows delivered but uscis never updated it on the account. it’s been a month since I responded to the RFE and I don’t even know if they received it or not and it’s making me panic. Did anyone upload their own copy of medical on their account and got approved. Did you get approved and how long did it take to get approved.
This is making me sad.
My husband called and the guy said we have to wait for 60 days it’s been 30 days and no update to let us know they at least got it. this is insane 😭😭😭
