Is “Ask Emma” trustworthy?
Does any one had any information at Live Chat with a Service Representative which does not show on your case update profile?

no they always give you the same information and then log you off without asking if you need something else

Same here. One agent told my that my interview was waived, the other said that they do not have this information.

I spoke two times and in the both times they gave me the same answer! I do not know if I can trust or not, the whole process is so frustrating 😢

Go to USCIS website and scroll down the page then click on “Ask Emma” done that you just need to follow the directions that “Emma” will give to you
