so uscis lost my evidence saying they didn't receive it but I have prove they did, so nw I upload back the evidence and the prove anyone thoughts on how long I'll have to wait again for them to look at my case, knowing have been waiting 4months already??

I upload back the evidence and add the prove that they recieve it. I just hope they look at my case n have me waiting another 4months...Amma keep calling n annoying them

Unfortunately i could not upload my evidence because it was to file an i601 form that paid a lawyer 3000 to do for me
But i mailed them the receipt

damn I hope u get through, I had to mail it myself wish I never use a lawyer they ain't shit smh. make sure u have a photo of the receipt just in case. can't you ask the lawyer for a copy of the evidence
