Listen it's not you It's them On January 23rd I received a Rfe to file an i601 waiver which I did and received a receipt notice for it. uscis said I have never response I told them if I never responded, how did I get the receipt then? This morning I mailed their lazy *as a copy of oh the it. I can't wait for them to deny my case because I did not respond so I can sue their *sses

And always ask a tier 2 to call you You know more then the agent

@shanty did you request a signature? if YES, then don't worry. Most of the people working over there are not aware and your status can't update until it reach the hand of an IO which means the IO is taking a look at it. That's the bad thing about them not updating people in their system. If after 3 or 4 days of your RFE deadline they didn't send you a denial letter for not sending on time your rfe, it means they got it. Good luck

@bayano idk know about the signature the lawyer was the one who mail it, I jus saw that it was delivered but this morning I upload the copies I got to my account am hoping I don't wait another 4months. Amma call them back monday

@shanty if your lawyer sent it, so you don't have to be worried... like I said, if 3 or 4 days after deadline you didn't received a denial letter, it means you are good. I was in the same position and I got that advice from an IO.
