CASE PROCESSING TIME
Hello everyone!
I have been checking the tab “earliest time to submit questions” (something along those lines) on the uscis website. A couple of months ago it said the earliest date I could was 2028 then it changed to 2026 and stayed that way for a couple of weeks and now it says 2031. It’s just insane that they keep changing the dates, how am I supposed to know when I can actually contact uscis for any delays on my case if every time I check the page it changes to a further date. Has anyone else experienced this?

i485 my progress tab disappeared after I submitted evidences
is it only me or you guys have the same issue? it was there yesterday. is it a glitch or they are making a decision? I see that all of the closed cases do not have the progress tab

I did my interview more than a year ago, they requested additional rfe after the interview and it’s now been a year since I responded. I got a actively reviewing right after and I haven’t received a single update for a year. I sent in a inquiry and this was their response.

can someone tell me what’s going on? why do I have to wait a year for a response or a decision on my case? This is crazy!!
Also I sent in every single document they requested from the rfe .

hello all, my case is already at interview level, I did not upload any other document aside the required ones in the application. can this have impact on my approval decision? can I still upload more on the website before the date of the interview?
I am applying using the 3years rule. N-400.
