if you don’t receive a notification on ead was produced or its being produce with in two days it’s actually a denial and they will refereed you to immigration court that’s what I’m seeing all over Reddit for the las two weeks but I hope it’s not your case good luck !!!

@Mini Mini I filled my case on march 2020 by myself. when ever i reach out to an attorney they were telling me like 6k minimum. So I decided to move on by my own. Conditions changed and it took me 2 year to get my first work authorization. I sent a complaint against the USCIS to the ombudsman and MN state senator Amy. They always responded that my case is with in the normal processing time. I kept calling, sending faxes and emails. finally They scheduled me for an interview on dec 2024. I did the interview by myself again plus I sent I140 petition based on employment. After the interview I sent an inquiry and called them. They got tired of me and sent the decision finally.

I applied on Feb, 2020 through attorney and sent a lot of inquiries and always got same reply , hopefully our time also come soon 🔜 thanks for detail rwply 🫣
