Hello everybody, my RD is Feb 8 2024, I asked live agent today to learn where my case is at right now and the agent told me that it was moved to Phoenix AZ field office on Jan 13 2025. and the processing time is at 12.5 months in that FO. Can I submit a service request since it has been almost 13 months since my RD?

i just came out from my biometrics again after 3 years for Vawa. the first time qas only one finger, this time all 10. Now the waiting time again. any have any idea how long would it take to get an answer? thank you. how are my Nov Dec 2021 people doing ? this is taking too long.

Hello, please share your experience with me, have you ever had anything like this? The post office put a torn envelope and an advance parole in the mailbox. I have been waiting for 18 months and it was finally approved.🥺🥺 I already called USCIS and they told me they would notify the Texas service center and send me a new copy. I was wondering if you have had a similar experience and how long it took?
