hi guys goodnight any advice please I file VAWA Oct 2022 receive work authorization & travel documents June 2024 but never received a prima facie I’m kind of confused what is a prima facie I see a lot of people on this apps say they received it and I never received anything like that’s is that’s a bad sign for my case or can I be approve without a prima facie ???

Finally, I received my green card for 10 years. Thank all of your who has been part of this challenging journey. For the new ones, it will be days you will lose your mind, it is part of the process, but one day your time will come.
