i-140 case decision after RFE
Hi, after RFE response is submitted, my case has changed to "case is actively being reviewd by USCIS". How many days normally it takes from this status to rendering a decision? Would appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this. Thanks a lot

My friend’s case status changed to ‘Actively Reviewed’ in November 2024, and it has been stuck there since.

Sometimes it may take 2-3 weeks you never know. So hope for the best)

premium processing is restarted upon receipt of RFE response and it takes 45 business days at the latest.
so regular one must assume it would take a bit more who knows
on the RFE letter usually they say 60 days

normal processing means it could take as much time as it took them to give you your RFE once you filed. no way to predict

as it’s actively reviewing you should get within a month or so
