I haven’t received the interview date yet. It was only updated on March 6 to say that they are ready to schedule the interview. I’m still waiting for it to be scheduled. That’s why I asked if anyone knows how to proceed, because I feel like it’s taking too long.

@mari mari You can try chatting with an Emma agent. Sometimes they can give you info about when your interview might be scheduled. But as far as I know, there’s no set timeline, it really depends on how busy the local office is. You could also call USCIS and ask to speak with a Tier 2 agent since it’s been more than 60 days.

last action on your case is May 22 meanings you have a decision on your I 131. usually people get both approval in weeks apart so hopefully it works for u too

Como asilado tú ya no tienes que tener contacto con el gobierno de tu país ni nada por qué si usas un documento de tu país eso queda a discreción de un oficial de inmigración en aeropuerto de dejar ingresar de nuevo a estados unidos y cancelar tu residencia @Catalina Solís
