Waiting decision on i-140 under EB1C

Hi, is anyone have recent approvals of i-140 under EB1-C category under Premium Processing? USCIS has recieved it on 03/17/2025. I understand its 45 business days, but wondering for others. Also, does this delay means RFE ? or USCIS would generally send RFE earlier in PP?

i751 submitting additional evidene

Hello, My husband filed his i751 back in September 2023 and the case is still being reviewed We submitted all the evidence that was available during filing, we wanted to know if we need to continuously add more evidence of our bonafide marriage to the case. We moved to a different city after we filed and have filled the address change online on both of our USCIS profile. Now the case has been pending for 1.6 years wondering adding additional new evidence after date of filing helps to process the case faster Please share your experiences and knowledge Thank you! 😇😇

I am not sure why my application moved so quickly and bypassed biometrics. I suspect it was partly that I grew up here. and it was probably also that I’ve held a couple of job positions that required biometrics background check along with military veteran status. I lost my birth certificate and passport somewhere in the past 20 years. so I was worried about applying for citizenship. now I would advise just do it! the only physical appointment I was given was interview. And my officer decided to do my oath ceremony immediately after interview. I got my naturalization certificate that day.

How long does it take to receive your green card after the following messages “we have ordered your new card” to “Case was Approved”? Our case went to approved yesterday. We are planning on traveling in June so i wasn’t sure if we would get the green card by then prior to booking the tickets. Thanks

Had my interview yesterday, how long does it take to get a decision after interview for i130 and i485 they both went to case is being actively reviewed by uscis when I finished interview.

6 months since medical received

Anyone else in the same boat as me . They receive my medical 180 days ago. no approval or interview!!! I made an inquiry after 90 days response was “ issue not related to your case is why it’s taking longer for application to process” last time i checked the case was at NBC. please share your experience my be will help me with all the stress of waiting Thank you

I am waiting my 10years GC. USCIS sent me an extension letter for 48months and I wonder if is safe to travel to my country for visiting my family for 1 week. I am afraid of come back with an expired GC and only the letter. Anyone on the same boat???

Hello, My vawa has been approved and I just checked my status for i485 and saw " Request for Intiial evidence" . I haven't recieved the letter though because it will be sent through my lawyer . . My question is , Is it a request for medicals ?

I need to travel for my mom’s burial and I was finally able to reach an agent that got me an appointment at their office. 1. Could they approve my over 1 year pending Advance parole renewal? 2. If given emergency advance parole, can it affect the approval of the actual parole? 3. Will I have any issue coming back in? Thanks.
